Annual ryegrasses are a one year proposition which establish rapidly and provide excellent quality autumn, winter and early spring growth. Some annual cultivars are bred to provide quick winter feed, flower early and die and are typically suited to winter rainfall and areas with hot, dry summers.

Fast establishing with very good regrowth into the second season given favourable conditions
It provides exceptional winter and spring growth combined with low aftermath heading, exceptional disease resistance and rapid establishment.
Lush AR37 is quick to establish, has exceptional rust tolerance and provides quality feed into summer, especially under favourable conditions.
A robust and densely tillered short rotation ryegrass with exceptional cool season growth. Very good disease resistance and perfect for oversowing.
A fast establishing Italian tetraploid that holds well through summer and autumn. Speedy establishment that is better suited to warmer environments.

Excess is a mid-season flowering diploid perennial ryegrass (+7 days) which has excellent summer, autumn and winter production, low aftermath heading and excellent rust tolerance
Expo is a late flowering diploid perennial ryegrass that has been bred to improve feed quality.
Well known for high winter production and protection against a range of pasture pests

Phalaris is a highly persistent perennial grass that tolerates long periods of dry conditions once established. Phalaris is deep rooted and is ideally suited to heavier soil types throughout southern Australia. Breeding of phalaris has reduced the risk associated with phalaris staggers which is a known issue with older varieties.
Prairie grass is a highly productive perennial grass that has the unique trait of being extremely palatable to the grazing animal at every stage of development – even when in full seed head. Ideally suited to higher fertility soils where there is reliable high annual rainfall and or irrigation available to get the most out of the species. Extremely productive in dry matter produced during the winter months and into early spring.
